The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of equipment provided by Bloom & Co. Press Floral & Event Rentals during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Misuse, negligence, or accidental damage caused by the Client, guests, vendors, or event attendees
• Liquid spills, power surges, fire, smoke, flooding, weather-related damage, or other unforeseen events
• Theft, vandalism, or loss of equipment
• Missing items that were included with the original rental package
Upon return, all equipment will be inspected to verify that all items have been returned and are in substantially the same condition as when delivered, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damaged, lost, stolen, or missing items will be charged to the Client at the applicable replacement cost listed below.
• Audio OR Video Guestbook Phone – $1200
• USB-C Charger – $15
• Battery Pack – $25
• Welcome Sign & Base – $15
• Deep Cleaning Fee (cosmetic cleaning only; no electronic damage) – $50
Replacement costs are subject to change based on current market pricing and availability of equipment.
To provide peace of mind during your event, Clients may purchase Optional Damage Protection for $17 at the time of booking.
This protection covers accidental damage resulting from normal event use, including:
• Liquid spills (champagne, beverages, candle wax, etc.)
• Accidental drops
• Minor physical damage occurring during the rental period
Coverage applies up to the full replacement value of the Audio Guestbook Phone.
Damage Protection does not cover:
• Lost, stolen, missing, or unreturned equipment
• Intentional damage or misuse
• Damage resulting from criminal acts or gross negligence
In the event of a covered claim, the Client's maximum out-of-pocket expense will be a $85 deductible.
Clients who decline Damage Protection will remain fully responsible for all repair or replacement costs up to the amounts listed in the Standard Replacement & Damage Fees section above.

• Misuse, negligence, or accidental damage caused by the Client, guests, vendors, or event attendees
• Liquid spills, candle wax, smoke, fire, power surges, flooding, weather-related damage, or other unforeseen events
• Theft, vandalism, or unauthorized relocation of the booth
• Damage occurring during setup, use, or breakdown by anyone other than Bloom & Co. Press Floral & Event Rentals personnel
• Missing items or components included with the original rental package
Upon completion of the event, all equipment will be inspected to verify that the phone booth and all included components have been returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damaged, lost, stolen, or missing items will be charged to the Client at the applicable replacement cost listed below.
• Vintage London Phone Booth Replacement – $2,500
• Deep Cleaning Fee (cosmetic cleaning only) – $75
• Missing Decorative Components, Signage, or Accessories – Replacement Cost as Applicable
For added peace of mind, Clients may purchase Optional Damage Protection for $25 at the time of booking.
This protection covers accidental damage resulting from normal event use, including:
• Beverage spills or minor liquid exposure
• Accidental bumps, scratches, or cosmetic damage
• Minor physical damage occurring during normal guest interaction
Coverage applies up to the full replacement value of the Vintage Phone Booth.
Damage Protection does not cover:
• Lost, stolen, missing, or unreturned equipment
• Intentional damage, vandalism, or misuse
• Damage caused by moving, transporting, or dismantling the booth by anyone other than authorized Bloom & Co. Press personnel
• Damage resulting from criminal acts, gross negligence, or acts of nature
In the event of a covered damage claim, the Client's maximum out-of-pocket expense will be a $100 deductible.
Clients who decline Damage Protection will remain fully responsible for all repair and replacement costs up to the amounts listed in the Standard Replacement & Damage Fees section above.
This version is written in a luxury-event style while providing stronger protection for a $2,500 vintage booth rental.
The Client accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, destruction, or excessive soiling of floral rentals and décor provided by Bloom & Co. Press Floral & Event Rentals during the rental period.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Damage caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, children, or event attendees
• Mishandling, moving, dismantling, or improper use of floral décor
• Theft, vandalism, or missing rental items
• Damage resulting from weather, fire, smoke, flooding, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Food, beverage, candle wax, or other substances causing staining or damage to floral products
• Damage occurring during transportation by anyone other than Bloom & Co. Press Floral & Event Rentals
All rental items remain the property of Bloom & Co. Press Floral & Event Rentals and will be inspected following the event. Floral rentals must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear associated with standard event use.
Should any item be lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond reasonable repair, the Client agrees to pay the applicable replacement cost listed below.
• Floral Archway (any style) – $2,000.00 each
• Table Floral Arrangement – $75.00 each
• Floor Floral Arrangement – Replacement cost based on size and design
• Specialty Floral Installations – Replacement cost based on size and design
*Backdrops are not repairable as they are a fabric screen printed backdrops. Replacements are $400.00 each.
Floral rentals returned with excessive dirt, food, beverage stains, candle wax, smoke damage, or other conditions requiring extensive cleaning or repair may be subject to additional cleaning or restoration fees.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that floral rentals are protected from damage throughout the event and that guests do not remove, climb on, sit on, lean against, or otherwise misuse floral installations.
Any replacement or repair charges incurred due to damage, loss, theft, or missing items will be billed to the Client and are due upon receipt of invoice.
