At the time of booking, your wedding date is officially reserved and a contract is established with Bloom & Co. Press for the rental and return of all floral property in its original condition.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for any damaged or unreturned items. You will always be notified prior to any charges, along with a detailed list of affected items. We understand and allow for normal wear associated with rental use.
Damaged or missing items may include:
A Save the Date retainer is required to secure your event date. Retainer Fee is 1/2 of the total signed contract. The half payment secured the date and the rental of the equiptment. This fee is non-refundable.
All floral rentals must be secured a minimum of Four Months (4) months prior to your wedding date, and Payment in full is required two weeks prior to your event.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation. We encourage clients to book with confidence, as we often maintain a waitlist of couples should availability open due to a cancellation.
*A formal DocuSign agreement will be provided at the time of booking and is required to be completed and signed to secure your reservation. Please ensure this document is promptly reviewed, executed, and submitted.
