Our Signature Process

At the time of booking, your wedding date is officially reserved and a contract is established with Bloom & Co. Press for the rental and return of all floral property in its original condition.

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for any damaged or unreturned items. You will always be notified prior to any charges, along with a detailed list of affected items. We understand and allow for normal wear associated with rental use.

Damaged or missing items may include:

• Missing flowers or floral components
• Missing frames or frame pieces
• Bent, broken, or irreparable frames
• Tears or rips in floral materials or fabrics
• Stains of any kind

A Save the Date retainer is required to secure your event date. This fee is non-refundable.

All floral rentals must be secured a minimum of six (6) months prior to your wedding date, and payment in full is required at the time of booking to reserve both your date and inventory.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation. We encourage clients to book with confidence, as we often maintain a waitlist of couples should availability open due to a cancellation.

*A formal DocuSign agreement  will be provided at the time of booking and is required to be completed and signed to secure your reservation. Please ensure this document is promptly reviewed, executed, and submitted.
